		<description>LOL!!! Oh, I&#039;d love to hear some of those hilarious stories! If elderberries are anything like pokeberries, I can only imagine. I&#039;ve only ever used them as tincture base (wine or with vodka). Either way you don&#039;t want to take too much, it&#039;s pretty strong stuff.

For straight juice I&#039;m more fond of pomegranate. And for teas and C, I&#039;ve a big stand of well-trimmed wild roses for hips. Reminds me... I will need to harvest those soon, my hands always hate me afterwards!</description>
